Everbuild Fire Mate is a premium intumescent acrylic sealant designed to expand when exposed to temperatures exceeding 125°C, effectively blocking the passage of fire and smoke. Certified for up to 4 hours of fire resistance, this advanced sealant is perfect for fire-rated structures and offers exceptional acoustic properties for sound insulation.

Ideal for a wide range of construction applications, Everbuild Fire Mate provides a firm yet flexible seal that is easy to apply, permanently flexible, and overpaintable for a seamless finish.

• Fire-resistant for up to 4 hours: Swells over 150% of its original size when exposed to heat, creating a robust char to prevent fire spread.
• Acoustic performance: Offers excellent sound deadening with an average noise reduction of 24db (100-3150Hz).

Delivery Lead Times

Most products on this site are stock lines, meaning under normal circumstances they'll be available for next day delivery. Some products are not kept in stock and are ordered from the manufacturer after your purchase. These products state the lead times at the top of the product pages. By default, orders containing items with different lead times will be despatched together based on the longest lead time.

Delivery Cut Off Times

The deadline for same-day despatch is 4pm, Monday to Friday. This deadline may not apply if we are unusually busy, if your order is unusually large, or if the carrier's vehicle has reached its weight limit.

Delivery Methods

We deliver nationwide using carriers DPD, Parcelforce and DX Freight. Deliveries within our local area will be made on our own transport. Tracking information will be provided shortly after despatch.
