The Evolution A2 Bi-Metal Stainless Steel Hex Head Composite Panel Fastener for Light Steel, with a 16mm Aluminium Washer, is designed for fixing cladding/roofing applications to hot/cold purlins/rails, fastening liner panels and general components to steel and fastening brick-tie channel through insulation to SFS.

Shank material and material grade of AISI 304.

Coarse thread form with an insulation thickness range of 110.0-165.0mm and recommended drill speed of 1500-2500 RPM.

Delivery Lead Times

Most products on this site are stock lines, meaning under normal circumstances they'll be available for next day delivery. Some products are not kept in stock and are ordered from the manufacturer after your purchase. These products state the lead times at the top of the product pages. By default, orders containing items with different lead times will be despatched together based on the longest lead time.

Delivery Cut Off Times

The deadline for same-day despatch is 4pm, Monday to Friday. This deadline may not apply if we are unusually busy, if your order is unusually large, or if the carrier's vehicle has reached its weight limit.

Delivery Methods

We deliver nationwide using carriers DPD, Parcelforce and DX Freight. Deliveries within our local area will be made on our own transport. Tracking information will be provided shortly after despatch.
