Rockfon Medicare A Ceiling Tiles are specially designed to meet the strict hygiene and cleaning requirements of healthcare environments. Compliant with HBN 10 and HTM 60 standards, these ceiling tiles do not contribute to the growth of MRSA and ensure low particle emission, making them suitable for areas with high cleanliness demands. With high sound absorption and Class A1 fire safety, Rockfon Medicare tiles provide both safety and comfort in medical settings.

Made from stone wool, these tiles offer excellent fire protection, resistance to humidity, and long-term durability, even in challenging environments.

Delivery Lead Times

Next day delivery is available for products marked "Next Day" at the top of the product page and indicated by an icon on product images in the category pages. Some products, such as Ecophon tiles, are not kept in stock and are ordered from the manufacturer after your purchase. These products are marked with a specific number of days, such as "5 Days," indicating that delivery will take approximately 5 working days. By default, orders containing items with different lead times will be despatched together based on the longest lead time. If you prefer to receive parts of your order sooner, please contact us.

Delivery Cut Off Times

The deadline for same-day despatch is 2pm, Monday to Friday. This deadline may not apply if we are unusually busy, if your order is unusually large, or if the carrier's vehicle has reached its weight limit.

Delivery Methods

We deliver nationwide using a next working day service for both small boxed orders and pallet deliveries over 10 cartons of ceiling tiles, across Mainland UK. Tracking information will be provided shortly after despatch. For local deliveries near our office, we use our own vehicles and will call ahead to ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If you have any special requirements, please let us know at checkout or contact us by phone or email.

I've placed an order, what next?
  1. Order Confirmation - After placing your order online, you'll receive an email confirmation within minutes.
  2. Delivery Details - Within one to two hours, you'll receive another email with the confirmed delivery date and method.
  3. Day of Delivery - On the day of delivery, you'll receive a text and/or email with tracking information. Deliveries are made between 07:00 and 18:00, and you will be provided with a two-hour delivery window.

For orders in Birmingham and surrounding areas, you will receive a phone call 30 minutes before delivery to ensure someone is available at the property. We're unable to leave your delivery unattended.
