Delivery Lead Times
Next day delivery is available for products marked as "Next Day" at the top of the product page and indicated by an icon on product images in the category pages. Some products, such as Ecophon tiles, are not kept in stock and are ordered from the manufacturer after your purchase. These products are marked with a specific number of days, such as "5 Days," indicating that delivery will take approximately 5 working days. By default, orders containing items with different lead times will be despatched together based on the longest lead time. If you prefer to receive parts of your order sooner, please contact us.
Delivery Cut Off Times
The deadline for same-day despatch is 2pm, Monday to Friday. This deadline may not apply if we are unusually busy, if your order is unusually large, or if the carrier's vehicle has reached its weight limit.
Delivery Methods
We use a range of delivery methods depending on the size of the order and the delivery location. Our delivery vehicles vary from small vans to 27-tonne articulated lorries for palletised orders. Please inform us of any special requirements at the point of order. You can add this information at checkout, or contact us by phone or email.

- Delivery Details - Within one to two hours, you'll receive another email with the exact delivery date and method.
- Day of Delivery - On the day of delivery, you'll receive a text and/or email with tracking information. Deliveries are made between 07:00 and 18:00, and you will be provided with a two-hour delivery window.
